#Still waiting..15 months delay for the Ombudsman now

Each month, I receive an email from the MOD ombudsman's team - it is like waiting on hold on the phone - you know, 'Your call is important to us' (then wait 20 minutes). Except in the MOD story, there is a 15 month delay to reviewing my case. All MoD cases. And that is on top of the 18 month process it took to get to a decision - and where the decision makers didn't get presented with most of the evidence. Why? because the military chain of command can decide what the terms of reference are and what to investigate.

How is that possible, in 2020? An employer can decide what and if they investigate a complaint? Will keep posting on how long this takes..
